Chipotle Mayo
3/4 C mayo (make sure it's GF & DF!)
1 chipotle pepper with 1 T adobe sauce
1/8 t garlic powder
1 t lime juice
Mix it all up with a hand blender. Store it in a cute squatty mason jar!
